✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items showing signs of excessive use, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for return approval.

4. Non-Returnable Products

• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Shipping fees paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

At this time, direct product exchanges are not always available.

For the fastest replacement process, we recommend:

  1. Requesting an approved return for the original item
  2. Placing a separate order for the desired replacement product

6. European Union Customer Rights

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

To qualify:

✔ The product must remain unused
✔ Original packaging and tags should be included
✔ Proof of purchase is required

This EU cancellation right applies separately from our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method
• Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to finalize and display the refund transaction.

8. Return Shipping Information

A Sunnbliss™ approved return authorization is required before returning any merchandise.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
