Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

Processing includes:

• Order verification
• Product inspection
• Protective packaging preparation

High-Volume Periods

During holidays, promotional events, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of:

$5.99 USD per order

Shipping pricing applies regardless of order size or destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local carrier operations.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Unexpected carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or seasonal demand may occasionally impact delivery timing.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

In some cases, packages may already be in transit before tracking scans become visible.


4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

• Import taxes or customs duties charged by your local government are the customer’s responsibility
• Sunnbliss™ is not responsible for customs-related delays
• Customs requirements vary by country and are outside our control

Most small household and furniture accessories typically clear customs without additional fees, though this cannot be guaranteed.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

Because orders enter processing quickly, modifications must be requested shortly after purchase.

If you need to:

• Update your shipping address
• Correct order details
• Request a cancellation

Once fulfillment processing begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

✔ Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery
✔ Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
✔ Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution

Lost Shipments

If a carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Sunnbliss™ will provide a replacement order whenever applicable.
